Join our workshops to explore how SMEs in manufacturing can leverage the synergies through secure and trustworthy data sharing!
We'll explore how stakeholders can create new business opportunities through trustworthy data exchange by diving into real-world use cases, discuss challenges, and introduce advanced technologies like Asset Administration Shells (AAS) and modern data ecosystems. Participants will gain practical insights into leveraging these tools for enhanced data collaboration, greater data control and streamlined access to data markets in industry and research.
Perfect for professionals and researchers eager to drive innovation in data ecosystems.
Each workshop runs from 14:00 to 18:00 and takes place at a different venue.
Workshop - Asset Administration Shell for data and service ecosystems
TEC-Lab Laboratory for Production Engineering, Franz Grill Straße 4, Objekt 221, 1030 Wien
Dive into the world of Asset Administration Shells (AAS) with our expert-led workshop. Explore submodels, implementation tools, and real-world applications to enhance your manufacturing projects. Perfect for researchers and professionals keen on leveraging AAS for applied research and industry success.
Workshop - Business modelling for data cooperation
TU Wien, Pilotfabrik Industrie 4.0, Seestadtstraße 27/3, 1220 Wien
Data sharing is particularly important for SMEs, as it opens the potential for synergies and shared benefits for the different stakeholders in data cooperation ecosystems. In this workshop, we want to present and discuss concrete use cases how the various stakeholders in manufacturing ecosystems can contribute to and benefit from trustworthy and secure data exchange. In addition, we will address monetization opportunities, challenges and requirements manufacturing companies have.
Workshop - Data Ecosystem Technology
TU Wien, Getreidemarkt, Lehargasse 6, 1060 Wien, Bauteil BD Hoftrakt GM4 Knoller Hörsaal, 2.OG
Participants are exploring advanced tech stacks driving modern data ecosystems across three tracks: Pontus-X, an open and decentralised B2B data ecosystem powered by smart contracts; the Living Lab, a data space as a service simplifying ecosystem management; and the technical aspects of interoperability between multiple ecosystems. These technologies empower SMEs with greater data control, collaboration opportunities, and streamlined access to data markets.
